Context
Korsa Talent is a Belgian recruitment agency specialising in placing young graduates in Business, Engineering, Finance and Law. Their previous site, built with Lovable, wasn't keeping pace with the agency's ambitions: slow, hard to customise, no solid backend.
The challenge
Rebuild the site from scratch with a modern stack, preserving the existing design while replacing all the technical infrastructure. Integrate multi-step application forms connected to a database, with CV uploads and real-time candidate management.
The approach
Full migration to Next.js 15 App Router with TypeScript and Tailwind v4. FR/EN internationalisation via next-intl. Supabase backend with 3 tables (candidates, companies, applications) and CV storage in a private bucket. Server Actions for form submissions with Zod validation. Continuous deployment on Vercel.
Results
High-performance bilingual site with functional application forms and centralised candidate management in Supabase. Secure CV upload. The Korsa team manages applications independently through the Supabase dashboard.
